IBM SPSS : IBM buys SPSS for $1.2 billion for serving big clients with Predictive analysis.

IBM announced on Tuesday that they will buy SPSS a Chicago based company SPSS in a $1.2 billion. After buying this IBM has the Business Intelligence software which manages all the data related to customer behavior. Now IBM is looking to server the big clients which analyses this vast collected data to predict the customer behavior. SPSS Predictive tool offer the clients to predict & act not like sensing & reacting. SPSS has made around $302.9 million in the 2008. There is only a step to finalize the deal of IBM & SPSS.
